Program Requirements

Anyone who is interested in gaining a basic understanding of Bowen Theory is welcomed to sign-up.

Fee & Payment Options

Fee: $180 for all 6 sessions.

This class requires a minimum of 5 participants to run and is limited to 12 participants. Participants are expected to attend all 6 sessions and engage in group discussions. For reduced fee eligibility, please use the “Request Information” button below.

*In the event that the course is cancelled for any reason, registrants will receive a minimum of 7 days’ notice and a full refund of their registration fee. However, Living Systems cannot be held responsible for any additional expenses incurred (e.g., travel, hotel bookings, etc.) due to a course cancellation.

Join us for a six-week Lunch & Learn series, Introduction to Bowen Theory, exploring the core concepts of Bowen Family Systems Theory.

This engaging series will introduce you to systems thinking. Additionally, it helps you understand what it’s like to view relationships and their dynamics through a systems lens. Each session will focus on a key concept of Bowen theory, providing ample opportunities for discussion and reflection to deepen your learning.

This short course is ideal for graduate students, clinicians, and anyone interested in Bowen theory. In addition, it will provide a deeper understanding of human behaviour and relationships. Participants are not expected to have any prior knowledge of Bowen theory. However, we ask that you to keep an open mind and a willingness to think differently!
