Living Systems Counselling is a leading provider of counselling, training, education and research based on Bowen family systems theory. Living Systems professionals have assisted thousands of individuals and their families to function more effectively in relationships and in life.

Katie White
MS, RMFT, RCC, Executive Director

Katie works to move Living Systems’ strategic plan forward. Her goal is to make Living Systems the resource for learning, training, receiving counselling and supervision in Bowen Theory in the Pacific Northwest. Katie has been with Living Systems for ten years and has been working to apply Bowen theory in her counselling, work, and family.

Leila Howard, RCC-ACS
Clinical Manager

Leila is responsible for operational oversight of the counselling program including communication and coordination with the training programs. She manages the counselling budget, program development and quality assurance. She is a clinical supervisor and faculty member for Living Systems Counselling.

Maybo Lui
RCC, Communications Coordinator

Maybo manages our social media, Counselling Intake and assists the Leadership Team with internal communication, marketing and other admin tasks.

Iryna is responsible for overseeing the financial operations including interpreting financials, budgeting, grant applications, accounts receivable and payables and other administrative duties.

As a non-profit society, Living Systems Counselling depends upon the financial support of individuals, businesses and other organizations who believe in the principles of Bowen family systems theory and therapy. Without their help, we could not continue our work in counselling, training, education and research. All financial donations receive a receipt that can be used for income tax purposes. United Way contributions may be designated to Living Systems Counselling.

To make a donation to Living Systems Counselling Society mail a cheque to Living Systems Counselling, #133 – 901 3rd Street West, North Vancouver, BC V7P 3P9.

Please keep a copy for your records. Thank you for your support. We will mail a tax receipt for donations over $20.

Joining Living Systems Counselling Society is a way to support the advancement of Bowen family systems theory and therapy in British Columbia. As a member, you will have a voice in determining the future of this dynamic organization. You will also receive discounts on registration fees for conferences. The membership fee is $10 for one year or $25 for three years.
