Introduction to Bowen Theory
Lunch & Learn Series – Spring 2025

Introduction to Bowen Theory

Overview

Join us for a six-week Lunch & Learn series exploring the core concepts of Bowen Family Systems Theory.

This engaging series will introduce you to systems thinking. In addition, help you learn what it’s like to see relationships and dynamics through a systems lens.

Each session will focus on a key concept of Bowen theory, with plenty of opportunities for discussion and reflection to deepen learning.

This short course is ideal for graduate students, clinicians, and anyone interested in Bowen theory. In addition, it will provide a deeper understanding of human behaviour and relationships. Participants are not expected to have any prior knowledge of Bowen theory. However, we ask that you to keep an open mind and a willingness to think differently!
