Introduction to Bowen Theory
Join us for a six-week Lunch & Learn series exploring the core concepts of Bowen Family Systems Theory.
This engaging series will introduce you to systems thinking. In addition, help you learn what it’s like to see relationships and dynamics through a systems lens.
Each session will focus on a key concept of Bowen theory, with plenty of opportunities for discussion and reflection to deepen learning.
This short course is ideal for graduate students, clinicians, and anyone interested in Bowen theory. In addition, it will provide a deeper understanding of human behaviour and relationships. Participants are not expected to have any prior knowledge of Bowen theory. However, we ask that you to keep an open mind and a willingness to think differently!
Dates: 6 Thursdays (Apr 10, 17, 24, May 1, 8, 15)
Time: 11 am – Noon PDT
Location: Online, via Zoom
Fee: $180.00

Maybo is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a decade of experience studying and applying Bowen Family Systems Theory. She runs a private practice called Couples On The Road that specializes in couples’ therapy and is a faculty member of Living Systems Counselling. She leads workshops and short courses on Bowen Family Systems Theory.
