Leila Howard
Leila Howard is a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Approved Clinical Supervisor with over 14 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families in BC, Canada. She completed her BA in Psychology at Simon Fraser University and holds a Master of Counselling Psychology. Currently shes the Clinical Manager and faculty member at Living Systems Counselling in Vancouver, BC. She also holds a Post Secondary Diploma in Human Resource Management from British Columbia Institute of Technology. After a career in Human Resource Management she completed her Masters of Counselling Psychology from Adler University and a three-year Post Graduate Training Program in Marriage and Family Therapy at Living Systems Counselling.
She has been a clinical counsellor and part-time Clinical Manager, at Living Systems Counselling and Training — a non-profit in the Lower Mainland specializing in Bowen family systems theory and therapy. At Living Systems, Leila teaches in the specialized training program and family of origin workshop and provides clinical supervision and clinical consultation.
Leila holds registration as a Registered Clinical Counsellor & Approved Clinical Supervisor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors and maintains a smaller private practice in North Vancouver, BC.
