Group Requirements
Each participant will be asked to sign a participant agreement outlining protocols for working together, including confidentiality.

This family of origin group will apply Bowen family systems theory while exploring the patterns and themes in one’s family. Each participant will be working toward greater insight and flexibility in their relationships. Limited to six participants.
Monthly Format (5 sessions, 2 hours each)
Session 1 — Introduction to Family of Origin Work
Session 2 and 3 — Three-generational family diagram + family history
Session 4 and 5 — Deeper exploration of emotional patterns + identifying next steps
Each participant will be working toward greater insight and flexibility in their relationships.
