Roumina Popatia is a Graduate Counselling Intern with one year under her belt working at Living Systems Counselling. As a first-generation Canadian, she draws from Bowen Family Systems Theory to work with individuals, couples and families to explore the intersection of relationships, culture, identity and anxiety.
