About Katie

Katie has been working clinically with individuals, couples, and families for over 20 years in the USA, Australia, and Canada. In her over 13 years of using Bowen theory in her practice, she believes it provides an important foundation for thinking through events and relationships both with clients and in her own life. “I believe that Systems Theory can provide a new lens for people to understand their current struggles. I work with my clients to help them reduce anxiety and gain clearer thinking about their current situation. This produces change in individuals’ lives and their relationships”.
