Clinical Experience

My clinical experience has developed through my training in Marriage and Family Therapy at Trinity Western University, including supervised clinical practice at the TWU Family Clinic. I have provided individual counselling and observed couple and family therapy under supervision, developing experience with the different dynamics and needs that arise across individual, couple, and family therapy.

My clinical training has included systemic interventions, advanced and foundational counselling skills, embodiment therapy, group therapy, grief and end-of-life care, and family systems and relational approaches. I continue to develop my clinical practice through supervision, ongoing coursework, and reflective practice, with a focus on helping clients navigate relationship concerns, conflict, life transitions, family dynamics, and other challenges that can leave people feeling stuck or disconnected.
